A bit about the role
The primary objective of Community Partnership Coordinator is to establish and maintain important connections with community partners and organisations.
These connections serve a critical purpose to attract, engage and involve young individuals in Transition to Work Program.

In this role, you'll be responsible for carrying out a variety of projects and activities that help disadvantaged and vulnerable young people.
To achieve these goals, it's essential to build strong partnerships and work together with local social service providers, government agencies, schools, and community organisations.

The Community Partnership Coordinator's role is to bridge the gap between our Transition to Work Program and the young people it aims to help.
By working closely with these different groups, this role ensures that the program can provide the necessary support and resources to empower disadvantaged youth, ultimately helping them grow personally and professionally.

Key Requirements:
Educational Qualifications: Minimum degree-level qualification in Mental Health, Youth Work, Community Services, or Career Development is essential and non-negotiable.
Professional Experience: Demonstrated experience in employment services, training industries, and/or community/youth sectors, preferably with a track record of achievements and impact.
Client-Centric Approach: Ability to engage and work effectively with diverse client groups, understanding their needs and delivering tailored support and guidance.
Communication and Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients, stakeholders, and partners, fostering collaborative relationships for effective service delivery.
Innovative Problem-Solving: Capacity to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions to address complex issues faced by individuals or communities within the specified sectors.
Now ... let's talk about you
You are a born networker and love being out and about.
You have demonstrated business development and promotional skills to secure new and repeat business.

You can connect with young people and get them excited about employment and training.

You know the west and can use your connections to help develop employment and training opportunities for young people.

You're full of creative ways to build brand awareness and you understand that your brand is you.
