WA Cricket has some fantastic casual opportunities for Community Cricket Officers to work within a dynamic Community Cricket team at one of WA's leading sporting organisations!
We have casual Community Cricket Officer roles available based in the Peel region. The role will require you to assist in the promotion and delivery of school-based programs within designated regions to deliver sustainable participation outcomes and optimise the cricket experience for school participants.
Key Responsibilities Be part of WA Cricket's awesome schools' team! Help build and keep great connections with schools and School Ambassadors to spread the love of cricket and run cool programs. Lead fun cricket clinics and activities in schools, making sure kids have a clear path to join community cricket clubs and competitions. Help train School Ambassadors and other school program leaders so teachers can keep inspiring students to get into cricket. Plan and run exciting Woolworths Cricket Blast School Cups for local primary schools. Stay in touch with WA Participation Specialists and get feedback on school visits and promotions. Look for fun new ways to get more students involved in cricket development programs. Work with the Regional Cricket Manager to make sure all the participation data is up to date and recorded accurately in the CRM system. We are looking for people who Are great at communicating and getting your ideas across. Can work well on your own and as part of a team. Are skilled at building and keeping strong relationships with others. Are excellent at managing your time and paying attention to the little things. Have a valid WA driver's license and your own way to get around. A little bit about us
