About the role
As a full-time or part-time Occupational Therapist, you will be providing high-quality assessments and interventions to our clients to support independent living.
This encompasses ensuring effective and efficient assessment, planning, interventions, and evaluation in a multi-disciplinary setting.
In this role you will be… Ensuring appropriate delivery of quality Occupational Therapy services tailored to the individual needs of the client using a person-centred approach. Conducting assessments and providing interventions to clients in their own home. Engaging with other Case Managers, Allied Health Professionals, GPs, and other Health Care Professionals to provide effective client care. Writing reports that meet the standards of funding bodies such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare, and HCP Providers. Able to reflect our practice values of Care, Respect, Integrity, and Service Excellence in all that you do. Creating and maintaining effective relationships with Case Managers, GPs, community centres, and other referrers. What's in it for you?

Here's what we're looking for: Occupational Therapy degree, with General AHPRA registration. Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team and work autonomously in the community. Full working rights in Australia. Clean driver licence, access to own vehicle, and comprehensive car insurance. Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or able to obtain. Willing to undergo a National Criminal History check upon successful application.
