Our opportunity to you As a Community Remedy Registered Nurse , you will be responsible for delivering hospital substitution type care in the Metro Perth area on a permanent full time basis . We provide a service during business hours, 7 days per week.
The day to day Delivering excellent clinical care in the community for our Hospital Care at Home and Rehabilitation at Home clients Completing in-home clinical assessments Managing medication including IV antibiotics via PICCs  Complex wound care and drain tube management Improving the health and wellbeing of hundreds of Australians Joining a warm and friendly group of highly skilled Registered Nurses who are passionate about teamwork, supporting their colleagues and providing an outstanding level of care to their clients Flexibility for Work-Life Balance Extra Well-Being Leave days Fitness Passport Discounts (NSW & VIC) Buy up to 2 Extra Weeks Leave Employee Discounts on Banking, Health, Insurances  Novated Leasing for a New Car About You Registered Nurse, Division 1 qualification, and current registration 2+ years community and/or acute hospital nursing experience Ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight timeframes and competing priorities Current driver's licence and registered, insured roadworthy vehicle Passionate about health and committed to making a real difference in the community If this role interests you, click the  APPLY button to submity your application with us.
