As our Community Manager, you'll play a central role in transforming our online community into a dynamic hub for thought leadership in workplace operations. Reporting to our Senior Manager for Knowledge and Community, you'll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to enhance customer engagement. You'll strategize and execute initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth within our community, crafting compelling narratives and messaging that resonate with our users.
How you'll spend your time:Strategize and execute initiatives to drive community growth and engagement, including product launches, user engagement campaigns, and advocacy programs.Collaborate with product, marketing, and go-to-market teams to drive continued growth, adoption, and engagement of our product portfolio within the community.Empower customers to find answers to their questions about SafetyCulture themselves, using the community as one of those channels.Craft compelling messaging and content that resonates with our users and differentiates our products in the market.Analyze market and customer feedback to shape product strategy and roadmap planning.Drive cross-functional alignment to our overall product roadmap and addressable markets.About you:2-3 years of experience in community management, with a proven track record of executing successful community growth and engagement strategies.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.Skilled communicator with a knack for crafting engaging content and fostering meaningful conversations within online communities.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing cross-functional projects.Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects without losing focus.Resourceful and committed to advocating for our customers, with a growth mindset and a passion for problem-solving.At SafetyCulture, we care about people and growing the team.
