Hybrid working arrangement (5 day fortnight)Supportive & collaborative team environmentWhat you will be doing Manage a portfolio of clients; including correspondence from owners, tenants and contractorsManage client retention; deliver exceptional customer experience and effective conflict resolution strategiesLiaise with Repairs & Maintenance team for quote requests/work ordersPrepare for and facilitate Annual General Meetings, Special General Meetings and Committee Meetings (agendas, budgets and minutes)Oversee financial requirements of buildings within portfolioIdentify and promote continuous improvement opportunitiesWhat you need to bring to the role Previous experience in a diverse client relationship role or similarUnderstanding of Body Corporate/Strata Legislation and related regulations desirableExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsAttention to detail and strong time management skillsTakes a disciplined approach to personal & work life integrationEmpathic, team oriented and eager to develop / enable othersInitiative and learning focus (growth mindset)What's in it for you?
