The Role You will play a pivotal role in supporting project delivery within CHL Group of Companies by managing construction projects through the design, approval and delivery stages. You will work effectively with cross-divisional internal stakeholders and a range of external stakeholders including consultants, government agencies and councils, and builders. Bring your engagement skills and experience applying project management principles to deliver quality project outcomes on time, to budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Our Project Delivery team are big thinkers and go-getters and have every opportunity to use their initiative to influence and improve the management of new and existing projects.
About You To be successful for this role, you will be a community-focused professional who has a genuine passion for wanting to support vulnerable people in our community.
Degree/postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Trade Background or equivalent Minimum two years project management experience of major projects Project Management Professional Certification A well-developed understanding of construction processes and a high level of conceptual and problem-solving skills Commitment to the right of every person to good quality housing Current Driver's Licence (mandatory) Satisfactory Police Check Please note that a satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client-related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
