The territory encompasses the Latrobe Valley, West Gippsland, East Gippsland & Bass Coast regions, with Hearing Centres located in Traralgon, Morwell, Sale, Warragul & Wonthaggi.
Regular travel across these regions will be required, and may entail overnight stays.
Ideally the role will be based at our Traralgon Hearing Centre.
Community Hearing Advisors organize and lead promotional opportunities that include conducting hearing checks at screening events and proactively managing key stakeholders / referrers within their territory.
Working alongside the local hearing Centre teams, you'll enjoy a variety of activities including attracting new clients to Hearing Australia through running successful events, leveraging national campaigns, conducting outbound call campaigns, and building strong relationships with referrers.

We believe to be successful in this role you will have:A marketing and sales background in the healthcare industry (highly desirable but not essential)Team Player as you will be working with many different teams throughout Hearing AustraliaStrong organizational and computer skills and the ability to multi-task.
Experience with customer relationship management software preferredExperience with planning events to exceed targetsExcellent people skills, a passion for exceptional customer service and the ability to develop and maintain great relationships with our clients and stakeholdersStrong presentation and communication skills across a broad range of stakeholder groupsA great attitude towards learning new tasks and adapting to changeA current drivers licence and own reliable vehicleThe confidence to drive a small bus/van.Now is an exciting time to join the Hearing Australia team.
