In this role, you will collaborate with two other community health nurses and a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centred care to clients in Emmaville, Deepwater, and surrounding areas. We are looking for a motivated and positive Registered Nurse who can work both independently—often in isolation—and as part of a cohesive team, advocating for each client and striving for excellence in care delivery. We have a dedicated multidisciplinary team which comprises of Registered, Endorsed, Assistant in Nursing staff and Community Health Nurses plus visiting Allied Health staff.
