With a team of inclusive and like-minded individuals, your role as Community Fundraising and Marketing Specialist will be to create exciting campaigns and initiatives for the members and external supporters. This organisation is dedicated to its mission of empowering local communities, supporting individuals and fostering meaningful relationships.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities:Develop and implement innovative marketing and fundraising campaigns.Promote community engagement and donor relations.Coordinate fundraising events and initiatives.Ensure all marketing materials and communications comply with brand guidelines.Work alongside other teams to develop innovative marketing strategies.Build and maintain relationships with community fundraisers and external supporters.Provide guidance and logistic support for end-to-end events.Execute post event reports and communications.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate:A relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Minimum of 2 years experience in Community Fundraising, Events Management, Marketing or a related role.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of building relationships with external stakeholders.Creativity and problem solving abilities to enhance fundraising events for a specific audience.Proficiency in Social Media and Digital Marketing platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred).What's on OfferWhat's on offer:An attractive hourly rate.Opportunity to work in a vibrant location in Melbourne's CBD.Exposure to diverse projects and professional growth opportunities.
