About the role As a full-time or part-time Exercise Physiologist, you will be providing high-quality treatment to our clients in their own home, ensuring optimal health outcomes. This encompasses effective assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and evaluation in a multi-disciplinary setting.
In this role you will be… Ensuring appropriate delivery of quality Exercise Physiologist services tailored to the individual needs of the client using a person-centred approach. Conducting assessments and providing interventions to patients and clients in their own home. Engaging with other Allied Health Professionals, GPs, and other Health Care Professionals to provide effective patient care. Writing reports such as initial reports, progress and final reports, and treatment management plans that meet the standards of funding bodies such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare, and HCP Providers. Able to reflect our practice values of Care, Respect, Integrity, and Service Excellence in all that you do. Creating and maintaining effective relationships with Case Managers, GPs, community centres, and other referrers. What's in it for you?

Here's what we're looking for: Exercise Physiology degree, with accreditation with ESSA. Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team and autonomously in the community. An enjoyment of working with older adults and adult disability demographics. Clean driver licence, access to own vehicle, and comprehensive car insurance. Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or able to obtain. Willing to undergo a National Criminal History check upon successful application.
