Community Engagement Officer - WAYFM Launceston Do you love engaging with people? Way FM is looking for a representative to share their values, mission, and initiatives within the local community.
The Role: Part Time or Full Time for the right candidate This role is ideal for someone who loves engaging with people.
You will have a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships, securing funding, and promoting Way FM in the community.
You will serve as a liaison between Way FM and external stakeholders, representing our values, mission, and initiatives with integrity and enthusiasm.
Personal Qualities: Demonstrated history of sales, fundraising, and relationship management.
Experience within a Commercial or Community Radio Station is advantageous.
Experience within the not-for-profit sector preferred.
As Way FM is a Christian ministry with a mission to share God's love with the community, you'll be someone keen to facilitate this within your role.
Position Purpose: To promote Way FM to the target community.
To manage relationships with Way FM's current sponsors and donors and gain new sponsors and donors.
To manage relationships within members, supporters, donors, church, and community leaders.
To develop and coordinate fundraising events.
