You will work as a part of the Merri-bek City Salvos Team to oversee all current and new community ministries, to develop, facilitate and deliver quality strengths-based community programs. Responsibilities includeResponsible for existing community ministries and activitiesLead a team of community engagement volunteers, including management and administrative responsibilities and spiritual leadershipCoordinates and facilitates community partnership meetings with internal and external community partnersProvide leadership assistance i fundraising events including, but not limited to, Red Shield Appeal and Christmas CheerAssist with general correspondence and office enquiries regarding Community, community partnerships etcSupports Pastoral Ministry of Merri-bek City SalvosThis is a permanent full-time position, based in Coburg North and Brunswick, VIC.
