Join our Community Squad within the Control Tower in the Banking and Financial Services division as our Community Engagement Manager. You will play a key role in supporting the business to understand and adopt new practices, tooling, and ways of working. You will have the opportunity to employ a broad range of skills across communications, collateral design and development, relationship management, capability building, and technology deployment.

What role will you play?Reporting to the Community Director, you will primarily focus on driving communication, engagement, and education strategies to continuously uplift capability and knowledge across our Banking and Financial Services division.
Your design and content management skills will be essential in simplifying complex information, breaking it down for various audiences, and building creative artefacts and materials. You will consult and engage community champions and stakeholders to support and embed existing and new technologies, and collaborate with aligned teams to deliver communications, deployment activities, and end-user support.
