As the Community Engagement Lead you will deliver a first-class supporter experience across the Community Engagement program to ensure sustainable growth and achieve revenue targets.
As our Community Engagement Lead your purpose will be to: Work with internal and external partners to ensure community activations, with focus on peer to peer events, strengthen our fundraising program, brand, and build our value network. Including, firstly, the growth and sustainability of 86K for a Cure, and secondarily, agile activations such as third-party and community fundraisers. Design customer experiences that connect to provide transformational journeys and ensure our supporters find purpose and fulfilment in their support of our missionDrive a continuous improvement and innovation strategy that clearly evidences effective testing to achieve measurable efficacy gainsManage stakeholders to ensure activity is delivered to agreed timelines and budget, as outlined in the business planLiaise in a productive and collegiate manner with internal colleagues including the senior leadership team, operations, and research teamsDevelop pipeline planning through Salesforce to enable effective income forecasting. Contribute to the development of data analytics to create reporting suite that provides effective and timely guidance to business decisionsUnderstand project planning and management tools contribution to effective systems and processes to enable the Marketing & Fundraising team to complete their roles efficiently and with ease.Compliance with Marketing & Fundraising legislation including data privacy, financial management and fundraising code of conduct (FIA).To succeed you will have… Minimum of 2 years' experience in either the not-for-profit or commercial sector generating net income through peer-to-peer fundraising, events, campaigns, and effective customer relationship management.Demonstratable ability to develop strategic plans and manage budgetsProven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver concurrent projects and prioritiesExcellent relationship management skills and phone mannerExperience collaborating to deliver a cross-functional fundraising or commercial strategy.Experience of working to concurrent tight deadlines and budgets.We will support you to be your best with benefits that include but are not limited to: Access to our 'FlexBEST' program – true flexibility from day 1 - options include hybrid working, school-friendly hours, and 9-day working fortnightFocus on employee wellbeing, including a leading EAP program, and up to 5 gifted wellbeing days off (paid) per yearInvestment in leadership development and career advancement opportunitiesJoin a group of dedicated people in a performance-driven environment to achieve success and discover what it's like to look forward to coming to work every day and make a real difference.
