Community Engagement Consultant - Employment ServicesFull-time position based in Dubbo & Far West Orana RegionWorkforce Australia, developed by the Department of Education, Skills and Employment, is an employment services model designed to deliver streamlined support for both local job seekers and employers. The Community Engagement Consultant is pivotal in this effort, actively engaging with employers, attending job fairs, and participating in community events to promote VERTO's Employment Services. This role focuses on identifying and securing employment and training opportunities such as apprenticeships and traineeships for participants in the Workforce Australia program.
About the role.... As a Community Engagement Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
Delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.Gaining a deep understanding of regional labour markets and identifying key employers and stakeholders to foster and expand existing relationships.Supporting participants in securing and maintaining sustainable employment or education placements.Collaborating closely with Case Managers across the region to ensure participants receive the best possible support and service.Representing VERTO at regional job fairs and community events to promote the organization's profile and services.About you.....
