About the role The Community Engagement Administration Officer plays an important role in supporting the Community Foundation, Volunteer Engagement and Events activities of Southern Cross Care.
In doing so, they help to ensure that these activities are delivered effectively and efficiently, providing a positive and engaging experience for members of our community.
The Administration Officer collaborates with the dynamic Marketing and Community Engagement Team and is responsible for activities including administering donations, supporting volunteer recruitment, maintaining files and databases, placing and receiving orders and responding to calls and enquiries.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: Strong administration, communication and computer skills Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail Genuine passion for improving the lives of older people Commitment to provide person centred customer service You will also hold or be willing to obtain a National Police Certificate for the Purpose of Aged Care.
