Community Development Program (CDP) Assistant ManagerAre you passionate about making a positive impact in remote communities? The Roper Gulf Regional Council (RGRC) is seeking a dedicated and experienced CDP Assistant Manager to support the effective implementation and management of the Community Development Programme (CDP). This leadership role is pivotal to ensuring the delivery of quality, culturally appropriate services to job seekers across remote communities while meeting contractual obligations and financial targets.The successful candidate will work closely with the CDP Manager to drive continuous improvements in service delivery, performance monitoring, and compliance, with a focus on ensuring equitable access to services for jobseekers in the region.To be Successful in this role you will have:Tertiary Qualifications relevant to the role, or equivalent experience.Significant experience in a relevant management role and/or employment service.Demonstrated ability to interpret and implement policies and legislative requirements into operations to achieve KPIs.Demonstrated ability to plan at an operational level to coordinate a range of activities across several teams.Demonstrated work organisational skills to develop, manage, motivate and control work teams to achieve contractual and organisational goals and objectives.Remuneration package includes:Salary of $106,279.07 to $116,979.79 per annum (negotiated based on qualifications and experience).Subsidised Accommodation.Motor Vehicle Benefit.Relocation assistance up to $5,000.Please forward your application accompanied by Resume, Cover Letter and Selection Criteria.For the full Position Description and further information on how to apply, visit the RGRC website.#J-18808-Ljbffr
