Community Connections Coordinator

YOUR ROLE
As a Coordinator for Community Connections in IAG's Group People, Performance and Reputation division, you will be responsible for supporting the management of our corporate volunteering and workplace giving programs. This involves collaborating directly with charity and community partners to support the delivery of IAG's Community Connections program. Additionally, you will contribute to the broader Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Indigenous Engagement portfolio within the Culture and Inclusion team.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks and coordinating multiple initiatives related to IAG's Community Connections program. In addition, you will also support other Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) projects, as well as Indigenous Engagement efforts, ensuring that all activities align with the organisation's goals and values.
This is a permanent opportunity based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

ABOUT YOU

Previous experience in driving community engagement and/or community-based programs, activities, or external partnerships
Demonstrated organisational and/or project management skills
Proven ability to deliver on multiple objectives to varied stakeholder groups
Ability to foster collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work within and adapt to a changing environment with a high degree of flexibility
Significant demonstrated ability to think laterally and creatively and demonstrate empathy
Strong attention to detail
Intermediate MS Office skills
