Community Compliance Team Leader

I am recruiting a Team Leader of Community Safety within Regional Victoria. Your new council Our clients in the scenic areas of North Victoria are seeking a new member to join their Community Safety team and a Team Leader on a permanent basis. We are looking for someone who is ready for the next challenge and growth steps into a new role. Your new role. You will be an experienced team leader and your duties on a daily basis will include: Guidance and team building Direct reports for the Community Safety team Review and updating the Council's local law's Local Law enforcement to be reviewed upon infringements notice system Coordinate school crossing supervisors, including state government funding arrangements Animal management, field-based duties if required and coordinating the council's responsibilities Preparing internal development reports for improving community education and awareness on regulatory functions and requirements What you'll need to succeed You will have excellent communication and organisation skills as well as have extensive experience with compliance and/or community safety.
