Qualifications
Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability
Preferred Skills
Experience in Community Aged Care/Disability Care
Certificate III/IV in Home and Community Care (or similar)
Willingness to travel distances and be willing to work various hours
A roadworthy and registered vehicle and hold a current driver's licence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to demonstrate empathy with elderly residents
