Qualifications Certificate III in Aged/Disability care Preferred Skills Experience in Community Aged Care/Disability Care Certificate lll / lV in Home and Community Care (or similar) Willingness to travel distance and be willing to work various hours. A roadworthy and registered vehicle and hold a current drivers' licence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to demonstrate empathy with elderly residents. First-aid & CPR
