Bower Healthcare are looking to fill Community Care Workers Jobs in Sydney.Community Care Worker Role: Community Care Workers Certificate III With brokerage agreements in place with a variety of Not-For-Profit community providers, we help by providing support services to assist their aged, frail, vulnerable and disabled clients to live independently in their own homes in the community.
We currently have a critical need for more experienced care workers around Sydney's inner-west. We regularly receive bookings (short-term, one off, as well as on-going regular services) to provide in-home care support with all aspects of daily living. Care worker duties range from:
The provision of high and low-level personal care, including personal hygiene, showering, dressing, etc.Respite careTransportation to doctors, shopping and other appointmentsLight domestic duties and meal preparationSocial monitoring, such as medication prompting, companionship, etc.Qualifications and skills required: We strive to provide a high quality service to our providers and their community clients and so we seek care workers that possess much more than just the practical skills for care work. Not only must our staff have the appropriate skills to be able to efficiently perform their duties, we also seek those who possess the right values, personality and commitment to ensure the needs of their clients are consistently being met under the new CDC provisions.
