Primary objective: Provide administrative support for the Community Benefit Fund grants program.
Key duties and responsibilities: Provide a broad range of administrative support tasks including data entry, word processing, organising meetings, handling of grant applications, and coordination of records management.Assist with the coordination, preparation and assessment of grant applications including payment and acquittal inquiries.Maintain an accurate and up to date database of applications, payments, acquittal data, and other data collections related to the programs.Process grant payments in accordance with NT Government guidelines.Selection criteria: Essential: Proven experience in an administration support role or equivalent, including processing of grants or other financial assistance schemes.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and sensitively, including the ability to prepare clear and concise correspondence.High level of computer literacy and experience using a variety of general office technology and computerised software applications, including grants management (or similar) systems.Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to work with accuracy and to meet deadlines with a high attention to detail.Relevant personal attributes, initiative, flexibility and the ability to maintain confidentiality.Proven ability to work in a team-based environment.An ability to interact effectively with people from diverse cultures.Desirable: Understanding of Licensing NT functions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
