Apply today and help us create an extraordinary community where professionals thrive, connect, and inspire each other to reach new heights!About YouAdditional attributes include:Initiates contact easily, especially dealing with strangersStrong initiative & problem solving skillsCan do attitude with a willingness to learnProven ability to adapt well to changeExperience with G-Suite, Canva, Slack.The main duties of the role include but are not limited to the below:COMMUNITYMember ExperienceGreet members and guests from the front desk, consistently delivering excellent customer serviceAnticipate member needs to enhance the member experienceFacilitate warm introductions, collaborations and engagement through relationship building initiatives for membersGet to know our members, understand how we can support them and their companiesMember onboarding, including conducting building tours and inductions, providing welcome packs, and logging activities on our CRMSolve member-related issues or escalate to Community Manager when necessaryNotify Community Manager immediately of any possible changes to memberships in the spaceEventsSupport in the creation and distribution of events posters to promote weekly eventsAssist with set up and pack down of events as required by The Commons events team and Community ManagerAssist preparation weekly member breakfasts, Friday night drinks and other ad-hoc community-based eventsTaking ownership of events as part of the Community Team to ensure an excellent member experienceBe active and attend where possible community and Member eventsOPERATIONSDaily OperationsAdhere to direction from Community Manager and assist with daily scheduling of tasks and dutiesRespond to emails from members in a timely mannerOnboard and off-board all members and companies in the spaceMaintain accurate internal databases of members, companies, contractors, and suppliersEnsure accuracy of Member/Doggo DirectoryAssist with management and reporting of IT ticketsSend notifications as required for events and reminders within your locationSet members up on printers and provide basic IT troubleshootingEnsure all empty offices and desks are clean and tidy and ready for new members to occupyDeliver incoming mail to members in a timely mannerFacilities ManagementEnsure that the building is well presented and fully operationalReport maintenance issues and assist with resolutionAssist with regular building checks and maintain cleanliness, including kitchen cleaning and regular resetting of meeting roomsMonitor levels of all stock and inventory and order consumables as requiredComplete regular audits of storage areas and maintain cleanlinessReport cleanliness concerns or requests to cleanersComplete weekly fridge clean and monthly pantry cleanWork Health and SafetyEnsure compliance with all statutory WHS standards, procedures, and processes, prioritising the safety and well-being of both members, guests and staff.ValuesAll actions, conversations, and behaviours are to display behaviours that reflect the philosophy and values of The Commons:Putting our members firstFostering our communityWorking together as a teamConstantly learning and growing
