What this opportunity involves: The Community Ambassador - Reception plays a pivotal role in providing authentic service experiences that bonds the relationship between JLL, our client and their guest.
As the first point of contact at Reception they are responsible for welcoming employees with genuine hospitality and thoughtful services. CA's maintain smooth operations by providing administrative support and execution of duties to the highest standards.
JLL is currently reshaping our workplace property service delivery and this role plays a key part in supporting the operational team on the account to deliver services that provide leading edge facilities and workplace services that align to JLL's "The Future of Work" methodology.
An Overview of the role: • Provide leadership and be a key point of contact to the Workplace Services team members
• Coordinate staff activities with the wider JLL team
• Assess workplace requirements in a dynamic environment and allocate tasks to team members
• Oversee the appointment of casual and temporary staff to cover positions as needed
• Approve timesheets and maintain attendance records and rosters
• Ensure adherence to JLL Workplace Health & Safety requirements as well as those of the client
• Actively encourage an environment which supports teamwork, co-operation and excellence across the Workplace Services Team and identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain the provision of client service standards to established policy
Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for: • 2 years' experience in Hospitality, Tourism or related professional area
• Prior experience in managing meeting room services is advantageous
• Warm and welcoming nature with a passion for creating lasting impressions
• Highly confident communicator and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high quality service
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite
