Community and Oral Health, Corporate Administration Services are looking for a Community Administration Manager to join their team.
Manage and lead teams of administrative staff that supports and delivers an exceptional patient focused service, coordinating a range of administration and director support functions to ensure the delivery of consistent and high-quality support services.

About the Role Undertake periodic reviews of administrative workflows, processes and working practices and implement solutions to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of administrative functions that support COH Services.
This includes analysing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing strategies to streamline operations and optimise resource utilisation.
Develop a positive team culture that encourages and recognises high performance, builds leadership capabilities, and supports staff to maximise their potential and learning.
