Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Communications and Transition Manager with excellent leadership skills and customer service, who thrive as part of a high-performance team.
The Communications and Transition Manager plays pivotal role in winning tenders and transitioning new business. You will ensure effective transitions and maintain a strong brand present for the Glad Group of Companies. The role will have daily contact with senior management, operations and potential new customers to secure new tenders and transition new tenders into the business
Desired Skills and ExperienceYou will: Review business opportunities to provide expert counsel on content and develop bid responses across all service areasCopywrite submissions and complete Q&A returnableEngage with internal and external stakeholders to access technical expertise and gather input for bid responses and communications initiativesAutonomously craft impactful communications material, including written content, case studies and video content aligned with Company strategic priorities and brand pillarsProvide leadership support to Marketing Coordinators, delegating tasks and ensuring alignment with marketing objectivesLead a seamless transition of new business accounts from the sales process to operationalization by collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment with customer needsProvide support to the General Manager in tracking tender progressAbout You: Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field. Proven experience in communications, transition management, project management, or a similar role. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage diverse audiences. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and communication platforms. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in the service industry or a related field is preferred.
