Content Creation & Management: Dive into creating compelling content for media releases, speeches, our Community Update Page, web content, and more, while managing the scheduling and distribution of these communications. Support Digital Initiatives: Provide essential support to our Communications Officer in digital content management and strategic digital campaigns. Promote Our Community: Utilize your skills in publicity and marketing to boost awareness and engagement for the Shire's events and activities across various channels. Strategic Communication Planning: Develop and implement communication plans that magnify the impact of our projects, enhancing community awareness and participation. Email Marketing: Craft and manage insightful e-newsletters and email marketing campaigns that keep our community informed and engaged. Design and Creativity: Lend your graphic design talents to the production of eye-catching marketing collateral, from adverts to flyers. Collaborative Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to achieve strategic communications goals. You'll Excel in This Role If You: Are adept at balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Have a knack for storytelling and a sharp eye for detail. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Are proficient in graphic design and familiar with digital content platforms.
