Join Uniting as a Communications Specialist, where you'll play a key role in supporting our Quality-of-Care transformation.
This is a part-time, fixed-term role with flexibility on working days.
You'll spend two days in our Pitt Street Sydney CBD office and enjoy the option to work half a day from home.
Occasional travel to our facilities may be required but will always be planned.
What You'll Do As an integral member of the Quality-of-Care team, you will: Support with the development and implementation of a communications strategy to support transformational initiatives.
Create and deliver engaging, user-focused content and training collateral that meets brand and accessibility standards.
Align project communications with business-as-usual messaging to ensure consistency.
Collaborate with other communications teams to prevent messaging fatigue.
Support targeted and broad stakeholder engagement programs.
Establish processes to track and report on stakeholder engagement activities.
What You'll Bring Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years' experience in internal or corporate communications.
Outstanding copywriting and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
A knack for creating audience-focused content across multiple platforms.
An interest in current affairs, storytelling, and communications best practices.
Ability to navigate complex organisations, forge relationships, and manage through influence.
Aged care communications experience would be amazing!
