We specialise in the design, build, delivery, installation, support and service of practical and effective technology solutions to meet our clients' needs.About the roleWe are seeking a skilled Communications Rigger to join our team in the Virginia office, Brisbane. Reporting to the Field Operations Manager QLD, this permanent full-time role includes a FIFO component with a project-based roster. You will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining telecommunications equipment on high structures.Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:A solid knowledge of rigging techniques, equipment and best practice.Install and dismantle antennas, mounts, and equipment on towers.Construction, maintenance and erection of guyed masts, towers and monopoles.Install, terminate, and test telecommunication cables (coaxial and data).Assisting and installing equipment and cables into racks, huts, and trailers.Install lightning protection and cable management systems.Weatherproof cabling and equipment.Testing and Commissioning of telecommunications equipment and antenna systems at heights.
