More information can be found at www.cslr.org.au.The Communications Partner plays a crucial role in ensuring the strategic direction for all communications related activities for the CSLR. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will have the opportunity to make this role your own and embed ongoing communication strategies with internal and external stakeholders. You will be comfortable across various expert areas including Media Relations, Internal communications, social media, and content creation. We are seeking someone who is highly proactive, agile and thrives in an evolving environment.The role will be based in Melbourne, with full-time and part-time flexible work patterns on offer.Typically, in this role you will:Strategize and embed an ongoing communication and engagement function with CSLR Co and provide communication and engagement services to CSLR Co.Be the point of contact and drive all government relations including the Ministers office.Provide communication and engagement advice, support, and services to CSLR Co team members on the establishment and implementation of the CSLR Co including website, brand identity, business templates and stakeholder engagement material.Work on content and content delivery with industry, government and media.Provide Communication and engagement with the Board when required.Ensure the delivery of all communications and change communication activities related to the CSLR, coordinating production of all elements on time and on budget.Manage all social media and content for CSLR, staying abreast of innovation.Ensure all communication deliverables are consistent with the defined communications aims and key messages, as well as CSLR's brand and values.Track effectiveness of communications strategies and deliverables, regularly reports on progress, and make recommendations for improvement and enhancement.Collaborate closely with senior management to develop and execute communications and engagement strategies, ensuring that CSLR Co achieves the desired positioning and branding.Provide ongoing advice on best practice communications and stakeholder engagement activities to enhance CSLR communications.To be successful in this role, you will need:Proven knowledge and understanding of modern communications strategy, best practice, and channels.The ability to produce highly professional communications across a range of stakeholder groups.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to all communications strategy and delivery.A highly organised, self-starter who thrives in an ever-evolving environment where no day is the same.Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in communication, public relations, or a related relevant field.Demonstrated ability to productively engage with stakeholders.Understanding of the financial service industry or membership focused / consumer advocacy focus is desirable.Whats on Offer:Hybrid working from home and our state-of-the-art office and facilities designed for collaboration and wellbeing.We work flexibly at CSLR and encourage you to talk to us about how this role can be flexible for you.Progressive and inclusive leave entitlements including paid parental leave, extra personal leave, paid study leave, women's health leave and community service leave.
