A great opportunity for an experienced Communications officer to join this busy team for a long-term 12-month temporary assignment.

About the role: Championing plain English and ensuring all collateral is accessible and aligns with the NDIS style and branding guidelines.Leading through example, serving as a trusted communications expert, helping key internal stakeholders and business partners deliver the objectives of each project.Drafting clear, concise and effective messaging for different internal audiences, reviewing and providing feedback.Contributing to the development and delivery of different communications plans, progressing approvals and coordination of go-live collateral.Identifying and developing important internal stakeholder relationships, addressing and resolving any emerging challenges with stakeholders.Evaluating the impact of communications, identifying any future learnings and determining whether the identified objectives for each project have been achieved.Supporting team members with administration, technical and procedural tasks. About you: Drafting clear, concise and effective communication materials for different internal audiences, reviewing and providing feedback.Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure, in a reactive and changing environment.Exceptional organisational skills and high attention to detail.Previous government experience, with the ability to understand and navigate a complex environment.Strong stakeholder management skills - developing important internal stakeholder relationships.
