About the role The role is responsible for the development and delivery of communications initiatives and strategies for both internal and external communications.
The role works closely with team members across the Customer Experience division and NSW Trustee and Guardian to provide specialist communications advice, delivering strategic projects to improve customer experience outcomes, and drive positive brand awareness initiatives.
This role is located in Sydney CBD however travel will be required to Parramatta office as per the business requirements.
The role will see you: Develop and deliver communication projects to enhance customer experience, adhering to NSW Trustee and Guardian's Customer Excellence principles. Create content for various channels (employee communications, website, social media, external media) to boost brand awareness and reputation. Implement best practices in employee communications and manage the internal communications calendar with business stakeholders. Maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication and issue management to meet project goals. Identify and implement solutions to improve communication capabilities and provide timely advice to stakeholders and media. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer communications are clear, meet customer needs, and align with NSW Government and organisational brand guidelines. Conduct research and analysis to support strategic projects, applying industry best practices to deliver quality outcomes within set timeframes and plans. About you You are an accomplished and passionate communications professional with extensive experience in designing and delivering a variety of communications initiatives.
Your expertise covers internal and external customer communications, all aimed at enhancing the end-to-end customer experience, achieving positive outcomes, and driving brand reputation.
Your have experience with handling both positive and negative media relations, enabling you to effectively manage brand positioning and reputation of the agency.
You are a strong communicator, and your qualifications include tertiary education and/or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience in a relevant discipline or industry.
You have worked within the services sector, professional environments, or community-focused areas with a focus on internal communications.
Your ability to build relationship with key internal and external stakeholders and deliver impactful communications makes you a valuable asset to any team.
You are dedicated to continuous improvement and excellence in all your communications efforts.
Essential requirements Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience in a relevant discipline or industry within services sector, professional and or community focussed areas across a diverse range of customer groups.
