This client is seeking a Communications Officer to join the team delivering this impactful program. The role focuses on providing high-quality communications support, promoting the program's objectives, and engaging with stakeholders across various channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesCommunications and Promotions Create and deliver marketing and communication products that highlight program initiatives.Write, edit, and produce engaging content for external audiences, including newsletters, social media, and event communications.Provide editorial support and quality assurance for external communication materials.Collaborate with stakeholders to produce high-quality publications, including content creation, editing, and layout design.Support the delivery of communication plans, strategic initiatives, and promotional campaigns.Develop impactful case studies and qualitative stories showcasing program success for promotional purposes.Develop a range of resources, such as booklets, videos, templates, and graphic materials.Coordinate with external contractors for merchandise, photography, and videography needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including students, alumni, universities, and businesses.Conduct outreach and promotional activities to enhance stakeholder engagement.Contribute to program reports and plans related to communication and engagement activities.About YouExperience in communications, marketing, or a related field.Exceptional writing, editing, and content creation skills for digital and print platforms.Ability to develop and implement communication strategies and campaigns.Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and delivering high-quality outputs.Proficiency in graphic design and content management tools is an advantage.Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.Experience sourcing and sharing impactful stories to promote program outcomes.To Apply
