Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications)
Salary: $90,000 FTE + super + 5% potential bonus
Liberator Australia is excited to announce an opening for a part-time (up to 0.6FTE) Communications Officer.
This position is perfect for a passionate individual dedicated to promoting communication solutions for non-speaking individuals and their supporter networks.

About Us:
Liberator provides augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices, accessories, and services for people with communication support needs, their families, and their support networks.
Liberator is part of PRC-Saltillo, which has been a leading innovator in the highly specialised field of voice-output communication since 1966.
Apart from Australia, it has subsidiaries in the UK, Germany, and Canada.

As a part of our fast-growing organisation, you will join a supportive and close-knit team spread across Australia.

Responsibilities:
Contribute to and implement comprehensive communications strategies across multiple channels (digital, print, and social media) to increase Liberator's visibility and engage key stakeholders effectively.
Create compelling content including newsletters, social media posts, website updates, and internal communications, maintaining consistent brand voice and messaging.
Coordinate and execute communication campaigns for new product launches and other events.
Review and improve existing public-facing and internal resources.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and ensure aligned messaging.
Our ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Holds tertiary qualification in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism or equivalent, with 3-5 years' experience in strategic communications.
Exceptional writing and editing abilities, with a track record of crafting engaging content for diverse audiences and platforms.
High-level interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders - staff, clients, and other service providers.
Proficient in digital communications tools including content management systems, social media platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
Strong editing and proofreading skills with an eye for detail and a talent for communicating complex ideas simply.
