Due to business expansion, we are seeking dynamic and talented professionals to join our Workplace team in two key communications roles.
Communications Manager will focus on communications in the ANZ region.
This role encompasses more hands-on tasks in day-to-day operations.
Communications Specialist will cover a broader region - Asia Pacific (APAC) including Japan.
This role emphasizes strategic communications, change enablement, and data analysis.
You will be responsible for developing and executing internal communications, driving operational efficiency, and supporting the Workplace team across your assigned region.
You will be based in a premium state-of-the-art office in Sydney CBD.
Snapshot of the roles: Develop and execute internal communications strategies aligned with our Workplace vision.Create and deliver internal communications content across various channels.Coordinate and present content for executive-level presentations and town halls.Support change management initiatives and foster employee engagement.Manage Workplace information across various platforms (Google sites, Quip, Slack).Assist with employee education, onboarding, and knowledge sharing.Compile data, reports, and presentations for informed decision-making. Requirements: Tertiary education in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Corporate Real Estate (CRE), facility management, workplace services, or similar will be highly desirable.Excellent interpersonal, strategic planning, and communication skills.Strong analytical and project management abilities.Sound technology proficiency, ideally in Google Suite, Slack, Quip, and presentation software.Proficiency in Tableau for data analysis will be an added advantage for the Specialist role.Experience with change management and corporate messaging.Knowledge of corporate culture building and employee engagement, ideally in a tech environment will be an added advantage.
