Communications Manager

This is a Communications Manager role with one of the leading companies in AU right now -- Prospa -- with an amazing team. They are continuing to grow rapidly. This is the chance to join right as the takes off. More About the Role at Prospa Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll be the driving force behind our internal and external communications. You'll work with our PR agencies and key stakeholders to create stories that engage customers and sales partners. You'll also work with internal stakeholders and executives to create compelling messaging for our employees and support our CEO with key events. ### What you will be doing - Collaborating with stakeholders and external agencies for PR support. - Executing PR initiatives, including media outreach, press releases, and events, with a particular focus on Trade media to support our sales team - Assisting the sales team with key messaging and research - Working closely with the Marketing team to drive earned and owned stories in media - Organising and running monthly All Hands and Ask Me Anything sessions with the CEO, including message development and content preparation. - Measuring the effectiveness of internal communications and use insights to improve. - Collecting and analysing data to assess messaging effectiveness and suggest improvements. - Managing budgets and track expenses to keep campaigns on budget. ### What you'll need to succeed - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience as a communications specialist, ideally in a fast-paced environment. - Preferred experience in B2B, B2C, or SMB sectors. - Expertise in public relations and collaboration with PR agencies and media partners. - Experience working with C-suite executives. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent organizational and project management abilities. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. - Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships. - Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about marketing and branding.
