This role is central to the organisation's success, supporting our mission to connect Victorians with nature and create a better future.
You will oversee proactive and reactive communications, including corporate updates, project communications, and reputation and issues management. This includes engaging internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact.
You will provide high quality, timely information to the public and promote the actions, services, and achievements of Parks Victoria to its staff, park users, and the broader community.
We're looking for someone with: Experience successfully leading strategic and operational communications in a large, complex environment.Proven ability to manage reputation and issues communications, including providing authoritative advice on complex and sensitive stakeholder and community issues.Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to build a resilient, high-performing culture in times of change and uncertainty.If you don't hold every skill or experience detailed above, please don't rule yourself out.
