As the Communications Manager, ANZ, you will be responsible for developing, creating and implementing our communication strategies throughout ANZ. You will work across all functions and distribution centres to advance business priorities, create alignment, and foster strong connections both internally and externally. Serving as the primary content creator, senior communications strategist, and advisor to senior leaders, your work will ensure that our employees feel deeply connected to our company and that our customers' needs are consistently met.
Day to Day you will: Act as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director and ANZ Leadership Team, translating business priorities into effective internal and external communications.Collaborate with senior leadership and corporate functions (HR, IT, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain) to develop and execute communication strategies that connect the workforce, drive results, and achieve business objectives.Drive communication around annual Employee Engagement Surveys and other internal initiatives in partnership with HR.Oversee external and internal communication processes, including channel identification, content creation, and strategy execution.Lead communications support for change management initiatives and business optimisation efforts.Liaise with global Communication team to ensure consistent corporate branding across all internal and external communications channels.Develop a framework for measuring the impact of internal communications and make these insights visible to leaders and managers.Serve as the point of contact for media responses and crisis management for the ANZ business, collaborating with Global Communications teams and local PR advisors as needed.About You: Energetic, a natural engager, with a passion for sharing insights and communicating across all levelsDegree or equivalent experience in Communications, marketing or related fieldSignificant experience in in-house communications roles, ideally with experience at a management level or in a stand-alone environmentAbility to quickly establish credibility as a strategic business partnerExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in content creation, editing, and design.Ability to work at pace, think creatively and bring innovative ideas to the table.Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Experience with electronic communications, including intranet, video, and social mediaAbility to travel and to support communications initiatives and/or crisis events out of standard operating hoursWhat we Offer: We believe in building careers through providing a safe, connected and innovative culture that supports ongoing growth and development.
