MePACS is a 24/7 personal alarm emergency response service, based in Melbourne, Australia. We are One Peninsula Health.What You Will Be DoingAs a valued member of the Brand & Marketing team, the Communications & Engagement Officer will be responsible for researching and writing content and engaging with our clients, staff and community to support our marketing and communications strategies.You will know how to identify areas of interest for our target market, and proactively research and liaise with relevant stakeholders to write engaging and relevant content. You will increase awareness, engagement and drive leads for MePACS through email campaigns, testimonials, interviews, blogs, articles and optimised website content etc.What You NeedWe anticipate you will have:• Qualifications and/or demonstrable experience in communications and writing.• Proven ability to research and write active, clear, accurate and engaging content with purpose.• Ability to use online reporting and tracking tools with analytical capability to interpret insights.• Strong attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.Full details on our expectations for the role are in the PD.What NextPlease review the attached Position Description and submit a cover letter outlining your interest in and suitability for the role, along with a current CV.
