The Communications Coordinator – Intern is part of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Office team and is responsible for developing and implementing a range of internal communication activities.
In this role you will: Draft, edit, proof and produce internal communications for a wide range of communication channels including emails, articles, Townhall slide decks and news feeds.
Provide input and support in the development of internal communication campaigns.
Support the development and roll out of internal communication activities by providing strong administrative and co-ordination including requesting, collecting and collating information.
Support the development and implementation of communication plans for company and business unit strategic initiatives and projects.
Maintain appropriate administrative systems, databases, filing systems, records and procedures.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications & Eligibility To be eligible for this position you must: Be an Australian citizen; Hold or be able to obtain a Negative Vetting 1 clearance or higher.
Be working towards Qualifications in Marketing and/or Communications or related discipline.
