The Role
The Communications Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Communications and Marketing team to enhance the Omni Marketing Brand and image.
It is responsible to the General Manager Development through the Communications Manager.

Key Accountabilities Support the planning and execution of communication and marketing strategies Develop ideas, write impactful content for a range of audiences, design, proof-read and edit company copy Implement creative and engaging communication activities focused on promoting Omni Assist in the preparation of schedules, and correspondence including letters and emails Event planning and assistance, coordinate logistics for events and tradeshows, including setup, pack down and promotional materials Assist in the creation and coordination of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, social media, website and digital marketing Assist in the management of Omni's social media accounts Conduct market research to enhance Omni's communications and marketing strategy Analyse industry and social media trends and prepare and summarise performance analytics from social media platforms and the website Monitor and manage the Marketing team mailbox Established in 2012, Omni is a proudly Australian-owned company dedicated to supporting Australian Government, Defence, and Private Sector Clients.

Essential Requirements
The below key requirements are required to be demonstrated by all employees to Omni.
Be an Australian Citizen Ability to hold and maintain a current Australian Government Security Clearance  Competence in the Microsoft Office Suite of application  Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint.
Competence in Graphic Design software  Indesign and Figma Competence in Social Media platforms   LinkedIn and Instagram Applications will not be assessed until the closing date for this role.
