We are currently looking for a Communications Coordinator. What You'll Do Your role in providing excellent customer service will see you being the first point of contact for customer queries via email, social media, and telephone. You'll record customer feedback and generate reporting and analytics on this, working with key internal stakeholders to drive business improvement and that remedial action is taken if required. You'll also prepare and process customer refunds as appropriate and always be on the lookout for how we can do Customer Engagement better. About You You are resilient and combine a can-do attitude with patience and compassion when dealing with our customers. You are able to demonstrate your initiative to problem-solve especially when things can get challenging. A team player, you collaborate with others seeking a win/win outcome for all.
