Let's talk about this role This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract as the Communications Campaign Manager. In this role you will execute and report on communication campaigns across various channels including eDM, DM, SMS and outbound calls.
You will deliver operational and essential campaigns using nib's communication platforms. The campaigns ensure all audiences are informed of key updates and changes regarding their relationship with us. This role is crucial to ensuring we remain compliant with our obligations under the PHI Act, as well as ensuring a positive experience, through education and empowerment by providing succinct, accurate and informative communication and collateral.
Let's talk about you The successful candidate for this position will have 2-3+ years' experience in managing and developing Communication campaigns within a governed environment.You're comfortable briefing technical requirements and understand what's needed to get the right message to our members.
To excel in this role, you'll possess strong critical thinking skills and a solution-focused mindset. These qualities enable you to effectively analyse challenges and develop practical communication strategies that lead to successful resolutions.
We're looking for someone with:
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Effective copywriting skills
Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Ability to multi task and manage conflicting priorities
Ability to work to deadlines and deliverables
