Let's talk about this role As the Communications Campaign Coordinator, you will support the execution of communication campaigns across various channels including eDM, DM, SMS and outbound calls.
The campaigns ensure all audiences are informed of key updates and changes regarding their relationship with us. This role assists in ensuring we remain compliant with our obligations under the PHI Act, as well as ensuring a positive experience, through education and empowerment by providing succinct, accurate and informative communication and collateral.
Responsibilities will include:
Support the delivery of operational and essential campaigns using nib's communication platforms
Ensure that communication methodologies are adhered to throughout the campaign development cycle
Identify campaign issues and seek support to resolve
Ensure policies and procedures relating to the Privacy Act and the nib privacy policy are adhered
Effectively manage addition of new content and content changes
Let's talk about you The successful candidate will have a degree in Marketing/Business along with 1+ years' experience in developing marketing communication campaigns. 
Preferably you have experience working on campaigns/journeys within marketing automation platforms and reporting on the results. 
Furthermore we're looking for: 
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work to deadlines and deliverables 
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities 
Experience in direct and database marketing practices
