We're seeking to expand our team of Communications Call Takers/Dispatchers to work in our dynamic team, based out of our Keysborough station.
About the business Medical Edge is one of Australia's fastest-growing healthcare providers with operational streams reaching high-risk events, Non-Emergency Patient Transport (NEPT), industrial medicine, pandemic response, first aid training and much more. Employees enjoy a close-knit team whilst working in a relaxed yet highly professional and dynamic environment.
To support our growing operations we are opening a 24/7 communications center. The communications center will support over 4,500 event deployments, over 20,000 direct patient transports, and over 100 shifts per day.
About the role Communications Centre staff operate out of our headquarters in Keysborough, supporting national operational service delivery. The role demands a critical thinker with high-level communication and problem-solving skills. Staff face multiple competing priorities and have direct communication with our valued clients, patients, and operational crews.
Shifts vary in length and operate over 24-hour service delivery on a rotating 7 day roster basis.Benefits and perks Medical Edge Australia continues to grow across Australia and provides world-class service to our patients and clients. The role is remunerated generously with super included on top of the hourly rate.
