Communications Cabler - Construction Site – John Hunter Hospital Project (Multiple Positions) Pay: Competitive

Job Description Multiple opportunities are available for Communications Technician(s)/Cablers in the Newcastle Area. Join us on the John Hunter project today! Our Opportunity Star Group is offering an amazing opportunity for a Communication Technician(s) specialising in communications cabling to join our Newcastle Team, who takes ownership of what they do and is committed to the outcomes of our clients and the business.
Responsibilities: Installation of data cabling & structured cabling infrastructure Conduct installations for electrical and data communications in a quality manner Conduct fault finding of electrical and data communications when required Conduct scheduled as well as reactive maintenance and repairs Liaise directly with clients and explain what activities have occurred Complete tasks and paperwork in a timely manner Adhere to safety standards and procedures at all times About You: Valid Electrical Licence and trade qualifications (Essential) Strong problem-solving skills concerning technical fault-finding Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with an ability to build relationships Experience working in a commercial environment and complying with safety standards Able to work in a team environment and support and assist team members when required Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and achieve high levels of quality with attention to detail Valid Driver's Licence to attend sites The Rewards for Your Hard Work: Participate in organisational and project-based diversity, inclusion, and equality programs Trade-related Roles - Star Electrical Co Pty Ltd - Central Coast and Hunter Region Enterprise Agreement Access to our Employee Assistance Programs The ability to work in a collaborative, supportive team environment We are always searching for candidates to join our Star Group family.
