You will also contribute to a range of communications programs, including media relations, campaign development, and creative content creation.

You have a proven ability to implement stakeholder engagement activities and bring valuable insights to the development of engagement strategies.
Independent and dependable, you thrive on delivering results and can be trusted to see projects through from start to finish.
Your hands-on expertise and strategic mindset make you an integral part of any team.We are looking for someone with:At least four years' experience delivering stakeholder or community engagement, ideally for resources or infrastructure projectsExperience developing stakeholder engagement strategies which align with IAP2 principlesExcellent interpersonal skills with an ability to engage directly with community members and other stakeholder groupsOutstanding attention to detail and exceptional writing skillsInterest in, and knowledge of, social media strategy and managementHighly motivated self-starter who is just as comfortable being part of a high-performing teamExperience communicating with emotional stakeholdersRelevant tertiary education in public relations, communications, or a related fieldIdeally, you also have:An International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) Certificate of Engagement or equivalentExperience using stakeholder engagement software, such as Consultation Manager or Simply StakeholdersCrisis communication and issues management experienceUnderstanding of, and experience in, respectfully and appropriately engaging with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peopleSocial impact and sustainability experienceUnderstanding of government regulatory and approvals processesWhy Choose Purple...We value collaborative working across the business, and we're proud of our shared values and goals.
