The Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. We're delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities. VHBA also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines.
The Opportunity: The Communications and Engagement Adviser will help to create and develop communications content and support the development and implementation of key communications and engagement strategies across the VHBA program. You will contribute to developing and implementing communication strategies that support the key priorities of the Victorian Health Building Authority's (VHBA) broad program of health infrastructure projects!
Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of high quality, relevant and audience-focused written content including web pages, event materials, social media content, reports, speeches, newsletters, executive materials and briefing notes.Provide strategic advice and counsel to teams within VHBA around messaging, narrative, engagement and communication strategy.We are looking for:Ability to understand and implement strategic communications for broad and diverse audiences.Writes plain English content for use across a range of channels and audiences. Develops complex briefs, letters, emails and reports using clear, concise and grammatically correct language.Ability to identify and respond to clients' underlying needs; uses understanding of the client or stakeholder's organisational context to tailor services and ensure a high quality response; looks beyond the obvious to provide outstanding levels of service.To learn more about the opportunity and view the full requirements please download a copy of the Position Description.
